At New Generation Matric School, we strongly believe that discipline forms the foundation of academic success and personal growth. Our rules and regulations are thoughtfully framed to create a safe, respectful, and value-driven learning environment for every student. These guidelines help instill good behavior, responsibility, punctuality, and mutual respect among students, teachers, and parents.

General Rules for Students

Punctuality & Attendance

  • Students must arrive at school on time and attend the morning prayer without fail.
  • Regular attendance is compulsory. Avoiding unnecessary leave is encouraged to prevent academic gaps.
  • Students returning after a leave must bring a leave letter signed by parents.

Uniform & Appearance

  • All students must come to school in proper, clean, and well-fitted uniforms as prescribed.
  • Uniforms must be worn with dignity; ID cards are mandatory on all school days.
  • Shoes, socks, belts, and ties must be worn as instructed, especially on formal days.

Personal Belongings

  • Students are responsible for their own books, stationery, water bottles, and bags.
  • Label all personal items clearly to avoid loss or confusion.
  • The school is not responsible for any lost articles.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Students must help maintain cleanliness in classrooms and school premises.
  • Use dustbins for disposing waste and avoid littering.
  • Textbooks and notebooks should be neatly covered and maintained.

Health & Safety

  • Children suffering from infectious diseases (flu, measles, typhoid, etc.) should not attend school until fully recovered.
  • In case of illness during school hours, parents will be informed immediately.

Discipline & Behavior

  • Students must exhibit respect, obedience, and courteous behavior toward all staff and peers.
  • Acts of indiscipline, misconduct, or disobedience will be dealt with seriously.
  • Students found misbehaving repeatedly may be dismissed with Transfer Certificate.

Examinations & Academics

  • Pupils absent during tests or exams will not be retested.
  • Copying, cheating, or use of unfair means during examinations will invite strict action.
