Step-by-Step Admission Process
Initial Inquiry
- Visit our school campus or contact our admission team via phone or email to gather basic information about the school, curriculum, and facilities.
Counseling & Campus Tour
- Parents are encouraged to meet our office executives for a one-on-one discussion regarding the academic structure, teaching methodology, rules, and school culture. A guided campus tour is also offered.
Application Form Submission
Collect the Admission Form from the school office or download (if available). Fill in all required details accurately and attach the following documents:
- Passport-size photographs of the student (2 copies)
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Aadhar Card (student & parent)
- Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
- Previous Academic Records (Report Card, etc.)
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Medical Certificate (if necessary)
Interaction / Entrance (If Applicable)
- For higher classes, the student may be asked to appear for a basic assessment or informal interaction with academic staff to evaluate learning levels.
Document Verification
- Submitted documents are verified by the school office. Parents will be notified in case of any missing or additional requirements.
Fee Payment & Admission Confirmation
Upon successful verification and seat confirmation, parents are required to pay the first term fees and submit the admission fee receipt. The school will issue:

- School ID card details
- Booklist and uniform guidelines
- Orientation schedule (if applicable)

- The student is officially enrolled at New Generation Matric School and will receive a warm welcome from the faculty on the first day of class.
